• The Heatley to Edmonton trade is officially dead. He’s a Senator this season, and he probably ruined their offseason plans too. Good job!
• LA finally got themselves a free agent with all that cap room. After missing out on pretty much every big name, they have settled for Rob Scuderi, for 4 years, $13.6 million, a cap hit of $3.4 million a year. Man did that Ohlund deal ($3.75 annually) set the market or what? I love when I’m right:
