We should be excited about watching an exciting team play good hockey, but that's it, it's like we've turned into Yankee fans all of a sudden, where we win five games and start to assume we will go get the cup. I love Gaborik but we still need him to play 20+ games before we can settle the nerves completely. We have depth, a bright future, two elite (top 5 in the league at their pos.)players in 2 positions and prospects developing well. We have good strong decisive coaching for the first time since???!!! (beats me, and i dont count Keenan the nut job).... There's a ton of reasons to be happy but we can start thinking deep playoff run when we're leading the East (or at least the Atlantic) come february....
