Game 16: Rangers at Vancouver
The Rangers travel to The Great White North, as they take on the Vancouver Luongo’s Canucks, at 10 PM. Lisin is out, and Higgins is expected to take his spot on the first line. Lundqvist is in, but the Rangers catch a big break as Roberto Luongo is out, and Andrew Raycroft is in.
Lines are not completely set, but here’s my best guess:
Higgins-Prospal-Gaborik
Avery-Dubinsky-Callahan
Kotalik-Drury-Byers
Boyle-Anisimov-Voros
Brashear is not expected to play. D-pairs will remain the same.
Use this as your open thread for tonight’s game. Watch, discuss, have fun. With no baseball (and Tuesday being a generally horrible TV night), I expect tons of comments. All right, let’s get to it!

No Luongo, Daniel Sedin, or half the Canucks starters. Awesome.

I’m not sure how long I’m going to last for this game. These west coast trips are killer.

Woah, did Chris Higgins actually score a goal?

Looks like it. I was out cold before the 2nd ended.

Rozi must go…. besides the penalty (which may or may not have been one) he was AWEFUL last night. He alone IS the reason the second goal was scored. He didn’t skate hard at all. You could make it out through torts’ post game interview which couple of players he was talking about.

He is also the reason why the first goal was scored. He just skated by Samuelsson as if he wasn’t even there.
