STATE OF THE RANGERS: We have waited about six months to say it, but Rangers hockey is finally back.  The Rangers forward lines look strong, their goaltending is undeniable, and their defense has a lot of promise. Missing Marc Staal hurts, but hopefully the others can pick up the slack against a dangerous LA Kings team, that added Mike Richards in the offseason.  This is the first of two games in Sweden before the Rangers come back to North America for what seems like 20 road games before returning to MSG. Hockey is back folks.
